If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase. You can return it to us within 7 days of receipt and receive a full refund for the price you paid for the item as long as the item is unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact). We can only refund or replace any goods that are faulty within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days the manufacturer should be contacted for warranty assistance. If you wish to return opened goods within 30 days that are not faulty, we can issue a refund, less a 25% restocking fee. All returns are to be at customer’s expense. Please send items insured as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. For your safety please return via recorded delivery and advise us on the tracking details by sending us an email. Please contact us prior to returns for RMA #. Please provide us a slip with details of your RMA #, name, order number, the reasons for your returns and advise us whether you need a refund or a replacement. Without this information it is unlikely that we are able to process your enquiry. We will process your refunds upon receipt and you will receive an email confirmation upon completion of your refunds. We are not able to exchange items. For your payment security reasons please placed a new order for the correct item. Please refer to our Return Policy for the incorrect item to be returned for a refund. Please contact us if you received a faulty item or incorrect item due to our error. Delivery Information

Delivery time is usually 2 to 3 working days from order. Our estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including your destination address, how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment (usually 1-2 working days to process). Calculate your delivery time estimates by adding the estimated processing time ( 1-2 working days) and adding the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address, based on the shipping method you have chosen (for example standard delivery will be between 3-5 working days). Orders for multiple items or multiple copies of a single item may take longer to arrive. Not all of the items listed on our site are available immediately, so selecting One-Day or Two-Day Shipping does not necessarily mean your order will arrive in one or two days. Due to the popularity of a certain item there maybe occasion where there will be a slight delay from the supplier which will therefore interfere with the delivery time.
